Who are the community hosts?


Podcaster. Writer. 👋 Hello, I'm Craig Constantine.

My personal mission is to create better conversations to spread understanding and compassion. I want us to go from simply having conversations, to actively creating better conversations.

I created this community as a place where you can get help going from short-term ideas and inspiration to actually changing your long-term journey. I hope you'll join us inside because I'd like to hear what you're up to, and I would love to see you succeed.

The larger Movers Mindset project began in 2015, initially as a way to facilitate dialogue amongst movement enthusiasts. In 2017 it grew into a podcast which is now beyond 180 episodes with guests from around the world. In the podcast, each conversation feeds my insatiable curiosity, but I share them to turn on a light for someone else, to inspire them, or to give them their next question.

For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in longevity and optimizing my quality of life. I look for fun movement activities, food that is nourishing, and inspiring people who want more than the status quo. Midlife has brought extra health challenges, and I am committed to learning, reflecting, and implementing changes that make a difference.

I enjoy discussing health topics and have seen firsthand how small changes can improve well-being. With the Connect community, I want to make it easier for people to flourish.

My formal education is in math and physics, and I have worked over twenty years as an engineer. You might find me gardening, running, doing parkour, or knitting. I hope to get to know you!
